Menna is the founder of Zae Beauty and a makeup artist from South Wales. Her main aim with Zae Beauty is to provide folks with a safe space to explore makeup and their own idea of beauty.. Menna has spent most of her life feeling like she doesn’t fit in. Her hope with Zae Beauty is to create a space where you feel welcome and make you feel more confident so that you do feel like you fit in. Despite being a makeup artist… she actually doesn’t wear makeup very often! She much prefers applying makeup on other faces than her own. When she’s not working, she is probably cuddling her doggo, reading or drinking copious amounts of coffee.

Menna spent five years working in the makeup field during her Performance and Media degree. This is where she really fell in love with makeup and knew that she wanted to make it her career. After graduating from university, she went on to professionally train as a makeup artist at the Bath Academy of Media Makeup. Since then, she has been working as a freelance makeup artist. While she enjoyed this, she knew that she wanted to do more for the LGBTQ+ community that she is proud to be a part of. That is where Zae Beauty was born… using her makeup skills to offer online courses that are free from judgement.
